Dozens of people were arrested
Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya wrote on ‘X’ on Monday that the police have detained 12 people in connection with the violence. Yerlikaya said those detained included the man who threw a stone at Fenerbahce coach Ismail Kartal during the match. He said that this also includes the first spectator who attacks the field and the spectator who uproots the corner flag and runs aggressively towards the players. “Violence on the football field will not be tolerated,” he said.
