Motorola, one of the big companies in the smartphone market, has launched Edge 40 Neo. It has been introduced after Motorola Edge 40 and Edge 40 Pro. It has MediaTek Dimensity 7030 SoC as its processor. Its 5,000 mAh battery supports 68 W wired fast charging. This smartphone has been launched in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. It will be launched in India on September 21. It will replace the Motorola Edge 30 Neo launched in September last year. Motorola Edge 40 Neo has been launched in three colors and a single variant of 12 GB + 256 GB. Its price in Europe is 399 Euro (about Rs 35,400). Tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings) has said in a post on X that the price of this smartphone in the country will be less than Rs 25,000. Specifications of Motorola Edge 40 Neo It sports a 6.55-inch full HD+ (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) pOLED display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a peak brightness level of 1,300 nits. This dual-SIM smartphone has octacore MediaTek Dimensity 7030 SoC with 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB storage. It has a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 13-megapixel sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) support. On its front, a 32-megapixel camera is provided in the hole-punch cutout above the display. The 5,000 mAh battery of this smartphone supports 68 W fast charging. It has 4G, 5G, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC and USB Type-C options for connectivity. Its size is 159.63 mm x 71.99 mm x 7.89 mm and weight is approximately 172 grams. Recently the company launched Moto G84 5G in India. It will replace the Moto G82 5G launched last year. Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC has been given as the processor in this smartphone. It has been made available in three colours. The price of its only variant of 12 GB + 256 GB is Rs 19,999. It has been made available in Viva Magenta and Marshmallow Blue colors with vegan leather finish. It will also be available in Midnight Blue 3D Acrylic Glass finish.
