Nitin Namdev, Raipur. CBI investigation into Biranpur communal violence has started. The team of CBI officers reached Vivekananda Airport in Raipur at around 2.30 pm for investigation. The team left directly for Biranpur from the airport. According to the information received, the CBI team has reached Bemetra Guest House.
Let us tell you that Late. Bhuneshwar Sahu’s father and Saja MLA Ishwar Sahu had demanded a CBI inquiry into the violence in Biranpur in the assembly. The decision of CBI investigation was taken in the cabinet meeting held recently. Recently, based on the consent of the Government of Chhattisgarh, the Government of India had issued the notification of CBI investigation. CBI has registered an FIR in the case and made 12 people accused. A case has already been registered at the local level. Now CBI has taken over the entire case and has started investigation.
