Let us tell you that the entire matter is from Thane, Maharashtra. Where a 32-year-old woman got married to a 40-year-old man from Thane. After marriage, when she reached her in-laws’ house from her parents’ home, her husband failed to have physical relations with her on the wedding night. However, the woman considered this a matter of tiredness. But even on the second day, he could not have physical relations with her and started staying away from her. The woman became suspicious and then one day she found some medical documents of her husband, after seeing which she came to know that her husband was suffering from a venereal disease. He is undergoing treatment for his impotence even before marriage.
When the woman came to know about this, she lodged a case against her husband in the police station for cheating. By hiding this he has ruined her life. At the time of arranging the marriage, he had not told anything about it to his wife. Based on the woman’s complaint, the police have registered a case against her husband under sections 420 (cheating) and 498A (cruelty to a woman by her husband or relative) of the Indian Penal Code. The woman has said in her complaint that upon questioning, her husband has confessed to hiding his medical condition before marriage.
