Mahindra has launched XUV400 Pro in India. This electric car will compete with Tata Nexon.ev. The new car has been given better features and a good cabin. Booking for this car will start from January 12. If you want to book it, you can get the booking done by paying an earnest money amount of Rs 21,000. The delivery of this electric car will start from 1st February. Mahindra’s new electric car is coming in two variants, which include EC Pro and EL Pro models. Two battery pack options are available with EL Pro, which include 34.5kWh battery and 39.4kWh battery.

Features and specifications of 2024 Mahindra XUV400 Pro

Mahindra has now introduced new PRO variants with the name of EC PRO and EL PRO variants. The new EV is equipped with an updated dashboard, new features, dual tone theme and more technology than before. Its old dashboard and climate control panel design has been updated to look more advanced. Whereas the passenger side of the dashboard now gets a piano black insert in place of storage.

The climate control of the EV has also been updated, it now looks like the XUV700 and Scorpio N. Apart from this, the central AC vent of the XUV400 has also been repositioned to accommodate the larger infotainment unit. The steering wheel has also been installed like XUV700. Many new features have been included in the cabin of XUV400. These include a large 10.25-inch touchscreen system, 10.25-inch digital driver display.

This includes dual zone AC, Type-C USB charger for rear seat passengers and new rear AC vents. Apart from this, it also has facilities like wireless phone charging, sunroof, push-button start/stop and height adjustable driver’s seat. Now a panoramic sunroof will also be available in it. This is the first time that sunroof has been included in it.

At the same time, for the safety of the passengers, it has been provided with safety features like 6 airbags, cornering brake controls, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Hill Hold Assist and rear parking camera. This electric car competes with Tata Nexon EV in the market. It can also be chosen as an affordable option from Hyundai Kona Electric and MG ZS EV.
