CRPF Recruitment 2024: Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has invited applications for recruitment to more than 800 posts. These posts will be filled through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE). The application process for this has started from Saturday (January 20). Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website. Candidates have been given 1 month time for registration. The application window will close on 20 February.
Recruitment is to be done on these posts
A total of 836 posts are to be filled through this recruitment, out of which 649 posts are for general category candidates. 125 posts are reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC) category candidates and 62 posts are reserved for Scheduled Tribe (ST) category candidates. Through this campaign, the vacant posts of head constable, constable and tradesman will be filled. Candidates can check the detailed description of the post through official notification.
Who can apply?
Youth who have passed graduation from a recognized institute can apply for this recruitment. Apart from this, candidates should have completed basic training or 5 years combined regular service as Head Constable, Constable and Tradesman in the relevant grade by December 1, 2023. Candidates age should be 35 years or less to apply. SC, ST category candidates will be given relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age.
