BJP has geared up for the Lok Sabha elections. BJP has announced the names of a total of 195 Lok Sabha candidates. The tickets of many senior leaders were canceled. So someone was given a ticket but still refused to contest the elections. The one who refused BJP to contest elections is none other than Bhojpuri star Pawan Singh. Now after Pawan Singh, PM Modi and Home Minister Shah have got another blow. This blow was given by none other than the former Deputy CM of his home state.

Let us tell you that former Deputy CM of Gujarat Nitin Patel has posted on social media platform that he has announced to withdraw his claim to contest the Lok Sabha seat elections. In 2021, when BJP implemented no repeat theory in Gujarat, Nitin Patel was the deputy of Chief Minister Vijay Rupani.

After this, BJP did not even give ticket to Nitin Patel in the assembly elections, although even then he had expressed his desire not to contest the elections even before the BJP list was declared. Now once again after the first list of Lok Sabha elections came out, Nitin Patel has withdrawn the claim of his candidature. Nitin Patel has written in the Facebook post that I had staked claim for Mehsana Lok Sabha seat for many reasons. Last night the names of the candidates for 15 seats in the state were announced. Meanwhile, the process of selection of candidates for Mahesana is going on. Before this, I am withdrawing my claim to become BJP candidate.
