After 4 years, 75 percent of Agniveers are thrown out and only 25 percent of Agniveers are made permanent. If the new change is implemented then firefighters will get a lot of facilities. Under Agniveer Recruitment, candidates are selected on the basis of written examination, document verification, physical efficiency test and medical test. In the written examination, questions are asked from subjects related to English, Reasoning, General Awareness. After this there is a physical efficiency test, which varies according to different armies.
