Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has been called for questioning by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). He has been asked to appear on 6th October. This summon has been sent to him in connection with the connection with Mahadev App, which defrauded lakhs of people through betting in Chhattisgarh. It is being told that Ranbir Kapoor had performed at the wedding of scam kingpin Saurabh Chandrakar in Dubai. ED says that more than Rs 200 crore was spent on this marriage. Many Bollywood actors who performed at the wedding were paid in cash through Hawala.
According to sources, many Bollywood actors had attended the wedding of Bhilai resident Saurabh Chandrakar in Dubai. Names of many big stars are being taken from Tiger Shroff to Sunny Leone and Neha Kakkar. ED says that the artists performing at the wedding were paid in cash through hawala racket. The investigating agency can call all the artists attending the wedding one by one for questioning. Around 15-20 artists like Atif Aslam, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Vishal Dadlani, Bharti Singh, Ali Azgar, Bhagya Shree, Pulkit, Nusrat Bharucha are said to be under the scanner of ED.
