Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that previous governments have also contributed in the development of space sector. The success of Chandrayaan-3 is a big achievement for the entire country because many countries of the world are more prosperous than India and they are still trying to reach the moon. India is the first country in the world which succeeded in landing on the southern part of the Moon and ISRO scientists have an important contribution in this. Due to the efforts of scientists, India has become one of the top countries of the world in the space sector. He said that in the last 9 years, ISRO launched a total of 424 satellites, out of which 389 were from other countries. Due to the launch of satellites by foreign countries, India’s hold in the space sector is getting stronger.
