WhatsApp has finally released the ability to edit sent messages for all iOS users. Till now this feature was made available to limited users, but now with the latest WhatsApp version 23.12.76 available on the App Store, users can edit the sent text messages. The time limit for editing is kept at 15 minutes, similar to Android, which means that you can edit the WhatsApp text message sent by you within 15 minutes. Keep in mind that ‘edited’ is written below the edited message. With WhatsApp app version 23.12.76 for iOS, all iOS users can now edit WhatsApp text messages. As we told that the time limit for editing is 15 minutes. The Meta-owned messaging service started beta testing this feature on its mobile app and WhatsApp Web in early May. Now, this feature can be used on WhatsApp installed on other Apple devices including iPhone. This feature helps users to correct wrong words or entire messages sent. Many times, after sending a message, users think of adding something extra to it or think of making the meaning of the sent message more clear, the new feature will be useful in all these situations. How to edit WhatsApp messages on iOS:- Press and hold the message you want to edit to select it. Select the ‘Edit’ option from the message context menu. Type your new message in the text field. Tap the green check mark button next to the text box to save your edited message.
