Regained control over southern areas near Gaza Strip – Israeli Army
Israel’s military said on Saturday it had regained control of southern areas near the Gaza Strip captured by Hamas, after two days of rocket attacks. Military spokesman Daniel Hagari said that individual Hamas soldiers could remain in the area.
