    Jagdalpur. Voting is taking place in Bastar Lok Sabha constituency in the first phase of Lok Sabha Election 2024. Voting has started at seven in the morning. Congress candidate Kawasi Lakhma exercised his franchise as soon as voting began. Whereas BJP candidate Mahesh Kashyap reached the temple before voting and took blessings of Lord Shiva.     In Sukma, Congress candidate Kawasi Lakhma claimed victory by a huge margin in a discussion with Lalluram.com after voting. He said that Dadi magic is at work in Bastar, not Maundy magic. After the victory, he first talked about resolving the issue of Polavaram Dam and bringing the railway line to Sukma. The BJP candidate worshiped Lord Shiva in his home village Kalcha. After this they will leave for voting.

    Let us tell you that Bastar Lok Sabha seat parliamentary number-10 includes 8 assembly constituencies and 6 districts. These 8 assemblies include Jagdalpur, Bastar, Chitrakot, Kondagaon, Narayanpur, Sukma, Bijapur and Dantewada. Voting will be held from 7 am to 5 pm in 175 polling stations of Jagdalpur Assembly. Voting will take place in Bastar Assembly from 7 to 5 pm.

    Apart from this, voting will be held from 7 am to 3 pm in 72 polling stations of Jagdalpur Assembly, Chitrakote Assembly, Bijapur Assembly, Dantewada Assembly, Kondagaon Assembly, Narayanpur Assembly and Sukma Assembly.
