A high-level meeting is planned at the White House, bringing together Ukrainian President Zelenskyy and a delegation of European leaders to meet with US President Donald Trump. The European contingent will include French President Emmanuel Macron, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. In addition, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will attend at the request of Zelenskyy. Discussions will focus on strategies for peace, security assurances, territorial matters, and ongoing aid for Ukraine. The President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, is also confirmed to join the meeting.
