A second military strike, ordered by former US President Donald Trump, targeted a vessel in international waters believed to be carrying illegal narcotics from Venezuela. The strike, aimed at drug trafficking cartels and narcoterrorists, resulted in the deaths of three individuals. Trump, in a Truth Social post, condemned the narcotics as a ‘deadly weapon poisoning Americans.’
The post stated that the strike was carried out against confirmed narcoterrorists transporting illegal narcotics. Trump declared that these cartels threaten US national security. A stern warning was issued: ‘IF YOU ARE TRANSPORTING DRUGS THAT CAN KILL AMERICANS, WE ARE HUNTING YOU!’ The post underscored the severe impact of these cartels on American communities, which has led to the deaths of millions of American citizens. This follows an earlier strike on September 3rd, which resulted in eleven fatalities and targeted an alleged drug boat tied to the ‘Tren de Aragua’ cartel.
