Tragedy struck Grand Blanc, Michigan, on Sunday when a man, aged 40, intentionally crashed his vehicle into a church. Following the collision, he opened fire on the congregation and set the building on fire. The assault at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints claimed the lives of at least four people and caused injuries to several others. The perpetrator, identified as a resident of Burton, Michigan, used an assault rifle to target the worshippers. After exiting his vehicle, the suspect fired multiple rounds at people inside the church. Police officers responded and engaged the gunman in a shootout, resulting in the suspect’s death. Investigations suggest the man was the sole participant. The incident left at least eight individuals wounded, with some in critical condition.
