Recent Israeli airstrikes have led to significant upheaval in Iran, with Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and his family seeking shelter in bunkers. The attacks, which began on June 13th, have prompted Khamenei to seek refuge in a bunker located in Lavizan. The airstrikes resulted in the deaths of key IRGC intelligence figures, including Brigadier General Mohammad Kazemi and his deputy Hassan Mohaqiq. A third IRGC official, Mohsen Bagheri, was also killed. The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) announced that the strikes were aimed at destroying weapon manufacturing sites and targeted IRGC infrastructure. Sources indicate that Israel gave Khamenei an opportunity to halt the uranium enrichment program. Alongside this, the aftermath of an Iranian ballistic missile attack caused eight injuries. Several individuals were hurt in Haifa and a southern town, with some requiring treatment for stress and anxiety.
