Chandrashekar Pole, a 27-year-old student from Hyderabad, India, was murdered in a shooting at a gas station in Dallas, Texas. The shooting took place last night, and the perpetrator remains at large. Pole, who had a bachelor’s degree in dental surgery, moved to the US in 2023 to pursue higher studies. Having finished his master’s program six months prior, he was employed part-time at the gas station while looking for a permanent job. The student’s family is seeking the Indian government’s help to bring his body back to India.
