Dulat, in an exclusive interview, acknowledged the frozen nature of relations between India and Pakistan but remained optimistic about a possible improvement. Drawing parallels between Modi’s visit to Pakistan for a wedding and Munir’s US visit, Dulat suggested that Pakistan should also take steps to mend ties.
