Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Prahlad Joshi on Friday flayed a statement of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on abrogation of Article 370 and 35 (A). In a statement the minister accused Baghel of speaking the language of neighbouring Pakistan.
Joshi while talking to media persons at Swami Vivekanand Airport advised the CM Baghel to take out constitution and do a detailed study. “I am reiterating that whatever stand is of the Congress is of the Pakistan too,” he added.
Joshi was here to participate in a programme in Bhilai on creating awareness over abrogation of Article 370.
Meanwhile, reacting to the criticism of Joshi, CM Baghel said in statement at a programme in Pt Ravishankar Shukla University in the state capital he had only said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir were not taken into confidence while abrogating the Article 370 and 35 (A). Strongly objecting to the advice of Joshi of studying constitution, the CM further demanded an apology from the Union minister.
