New Delhi: Seeing the increasing cases of corona in the country where the state governments are increasing the lockdown. At the same time, the central government is planning to unlock 3.0 after 31 July. The process of opening the lockdown started on 8 June. In Unlock 1.0, the government had given discounts in many things. After that, Unlock 2.0 was launched from 1 July. In this, the scope of exemption was further increased. Now in the third phase, the government can increase the scope of the exemption further.
Sources are quoting that the government is also preparing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Unlock 3.0. The central government can leave the decision on the state governments how much relaxation they give in lockdown. States will also have the right to restrict how much day-to-day activities are prohibited. Sources reveal that under Unlock 3.0, permission can be given to resume international flights, gyms and cinema halls.
Let us tell you that since the lockdown imposed on March 25, the gym, cinema, mall, school, international flight etc. are going off. People of India trapped abroad were brought back under the Vande Bharat Mission. Many special trains were run and people stranded in other states were given the option to reach home. In Unlock 1.0, migrant laborers were also sent back to their state.
Rapid antigen test will be arranged at the airport
Under Unlock 3.0, the government can resume international flights. For this, rapid antigen testing will be done at the airport itself. Passengers will have to get tested there and travel will be allowed only after the report comes negative. At the same time, the process will also be for the passengers coming from outside. Those who are found to be Corona positive will have to live in Correntine at their expense. For the journey, passengers will have to reach the airport three to four hours in advance. Earlier, there was a plan to restore international flights from July 15, but it has been stopped now.
Cinema home and gym can be reopened
Theaters, gyms and fitness centers that have been closed since March under Unlock 3.0 can be opened. However, the rules for its operation will remain large. Those who will have complete system of prevention from coronavirus infection, the same gym and fitness center will start. At the same time, age limit can be fixed in theaters. It is being told that only people between 15 and 50 years old will be able to go to theaters. It will be compulsory to follow social distancing even while sitting there. The number of people will also be determined in the gym and fitness center.
Now let’s talk about mall, public transport and school-college. In Unlock 2.0, taxi, auto etc. were allowed to run. At the same time, there is a plan to start Inter State Public Transport. However, here too, the state government will have the right to decide here. There is little hope of getting permission to open the mall. For fear of a social distancing violation, a decision can be taken to keep the mall closed for now. It does not seem possible to open schools and colleges. The government discussed several models at various stages but no consensus was reached. Management is also not ready to open private schools. Children’s online class will continue.
