The agreement was signed between the FTC and Tik Tok and the Law Ministry often files court documents for the FTC. David Monahan, a campaign manager at the Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood, said that officials of the FTC and the Ministry of Law had discussed video calls with representatives of these groups. He said, “I felt from our conversation that they are considering the concerns raised in our complaint.”
