The collector told the golden rule of success, said, be proud, do not boast – Honoring meritorious children, their teachers and parents were also given the certificate of merit

Durg:

Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure in his chamber today honored the meritorious children of class XII, their teachers and parents. On this occasion, he also shared the golden rule of success with the children. He said that I always believe in those lines of Swami Vivekananda that the boundary on which our intelligence ends. Hard work should begin at the same limit. The collector interacted with the children during this period and while answering their questions, shared golden rules to them which would be useful for every child preparing for competitive examinations and career. Be nice to me too- Laxmi told the collector that I also want to become a collector like you. The collector replied to Laxmi that not like me, Be a better collector than me. Always keep your benchmark above. Should never be satisfied. He said that in English there is a word compulsivity which in Hindi means close to stagnation or complacency. Where you are satisfied with your work, your chances of doing better are gone. So always be curious and try to learn and keep moving forward. I am a collector and I had prepared for this competitive exam, but now I have the challenge to do good work for people. He said that you will be made available by the Material District Administration for the preparation of competitive examination. I am and for this I had prepared competitive exam but now I have the challenge to do good work for people. He said that you will be made available by the Material District Administration for the preparation of competitive examination. I am and for this I had prepared competitive exam but now I have the challenge to do good work for people. He said that you will be made available by the Material District Administration for the preparation of competitive examination.
The difference between pride and pride – The collector said that instead of over confidence, I consider little under confidence more important. A little stress on its work greatly increases its productivity. The Collector said that he should be proud of himself and not proud. It has a very fine line but by introspecting continuously you can know it. On this, a student asked us to explain with an example. The collector said that if you find something, you can say it in two ways. The first is that I also know and the second is that only I know. When you only say that I come, then it is arrogance. By applying it, it turns into self-respect.
I am confused or should I become a teacher or prepare for IIT to become an engineer – Jitesh Kumar Dewangan of the question asked that I am very confused whether I should do BSc to become a teacher or IIT to become an engineer. On this, the collector said that do work of your interest. My personal advice is that a professional course is a must. Education is not only knowledge, it also gives you skills. Like you, I was also in a dilemma. I wanted to become a collector, since after twelfth I had taken both Mathematics and Biology, so I had options for all three of Medical, Engineering and BSc or I could do BA also. An acquaintance told me that take a professional course, it will increase your skill. It happened, I did not just learn knowledge in medical studies, Seeing the suffering of others also increased my compassion. There were more opportunities for public dealing. It made me learn a lot. Therefore, any career is not just a means of job for you, it arouses and enhances your quest or curiosity, whose end result is reflected in your personality and your environment is also enriched by it.
You do not know everything, take feedback – the collector said that if you want to progress then you should learn from others constantly. Take feedback from people on the work you do. I also take the opinion of others before reaching a decision. This makes the decision process easier and you choose the best option. Pride in life is destructive and being humble, curious is the key to success in life. The water of the pond becomes dirty. The water of the river remains pure.
Will provide coaching for competitive examinations- District Education Officer Shri Pravas Singh Baghel, who was present during this, said that students will provide coaching for competitive examinations and will also provide career guidance. During this, Assistant Director Shri Amit Ghosh was also present.
