The AI firm xAI, founded by Elon Musk, has open-sourced its Grok 2.5 language model. According to plans, Grok 3 will be open-sourced within the next six months. Previously, xAI open-sourced the Grok 1 model last year. Musk announced the open-sourcing of Grok 2.5 on X, stating it was the best model from the previous year.
