Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has finalized a lease agreement for a substantial 1.4 million square feet of office space within the 360 Business Park in Electronic City, Bengaluru. The lease involves Towers 5A and 5B; Tower 5A includes 680,000 square feet, and Tower 5B includes 720,000 square feet. The property is under the ownership of Labzone Electronics City Private Limited. This deal represents one of the largest office space acquisitions in the city.
The lease agreement is divided into two phases. The initial phase, which includes the ground floor and seven upper floors, will commence on April 1, 2026. The second phase, consisting of floors eight through thirteen, is scheduled to start on August 1, 2026. The lease term is set for 15 years.
