The iPhone 17 Pro Max, the top-tier model in Apple’s iPhone 17 series, is witnessing significant demand for its ‘Cosmic Orange’ variant, a color that closely resembles the saffron hue. Sources within the company reveal that the pre-booking for this color option was so successful that it was sold out in both India and the United States within three days of its launch.
Customers in India who pre-ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPhone 17 Pro models in the Cosmic Orange color won’t be able to pick up their devices directly from Apple stores, as this option is unavailable. An industry expert stated that due to the overwhelming number of pre-orders, the Cosmic Orange versions of the iPhone 17 Pro Max are disappearing quickly. The Cosmic Orange option is currently unavailable across all storage configurations.
Apple is working to replenish the Cosmic Orange stock as quickly as possible. A limited number of units will be available in select stores from September 19th, and these will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis without pre-booking. The iPhone 17 Pro Max is available in 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB storage options, priced at Rs 1,49,900, Rs 1,69,900, Rs 1,89,900, and Rs 2,29,900, respectively. Pre-booking started on September 12th, with deliveries scheduled to begin on September 19th.
