BSNL has made changes to its ₹147 plan, impacting its users. The plan now offers 25 days of validity, a reduction from the previous 30 days. Subscribers still receive 10GB of high-speed data and unlimited calling. The daily cost has increased due to the shorter validity period, going from ₹4.90 to ₹5.88. The plan does not include SMS benefits. Despite these adjustments, BSNL’s tariffs remain among the most affordable in India. The company is also considering upgrading certain sites to 5G for testing purposes after the 4G rollout is complete.
