RAIPUR: In the midst of Corona infection, players have started trying the game, taking precaution according to the instructions of the government. The table tennis hall located on the Sapre school campus opened on Wednesday and along with that the players got involved in the practice.
Vinay Baiswade, secretary of the Chhattisgarh Table Tennis Association, told that thermal screening of the players is being done before entering the hall. Sanitation and social distance have been arranged according to the guide line of the government. The ball-bat is being sanitized. Apart from this, currently only 2 players are being allowed to play on one table. Only eight players arrived on the first day. Due to lack of practice for months, the players are also exercising for fitness in addition to trying sports.
