The ICC has not allowed spectators to visit the stadium due to the Corona epidemic and does not want the T20 World Cup match to take place in an empty stadium. That is why it has decided to postpone the T20 World Cup until 2021.
On the other hand, due to the worldwide infection of coronavirus, there was already a cloud of danger on the T20 World Cup. Australia itself was reluctant to host it because it is not going to benefit financially from the absence of spectators at the stadium.
