State Waqf Board President’s Appeal: Offer Namaz at homeApril 1, 2020
President of Chhattisgarh State Waqf Board Mr. Salam Rizvi has appealed to all Muslim societies to offer Namaz in their homes. This order will remain in force on the coming big night (Shabe Baaraat). Take appropriate steps in this regard not to gather crowds in the graveyards and dargahs. Do not allow unnecessary entry into mosques, dargahs, cemeteries. To avoid Kovid-19 (Corona virus), Fateha and Isale can be answered by staying in their homes.
Mr. Rizvi has said that in the Namaz-e-Maarib Rosi, the day after the Shabe procession, the Nafil prayers for the Barkat, Age of Daraji and Dafa Bala are read six times. Offer it in your homes and perform surah yasin tilawat yourself. He has said that going out of his house on such an occasion and bringing the infection home can be fatal for your family members. So, be aware, follow the guidelines of the government and fulfill your responsibility.
The Secretary of the Chhattisgarh State Waqf Board has directed all Mutavalli, all Administrators Masjid, Madrasa, Dargah, Kabristan to implement the appeal of the Board President for the prevention of infection of Kovid-19 (Corona virus) at present. Take appropriate steps in this regard so that there is no crowd in the graveyards and dargahs. Do not allow unnecessary entry into the mosque, dargah, cemetery. Advise common people to pray Namaz and Magafirat in their homes.
