Leading the charge for Nainital was Shashwat Dangwal, who played a brilliant innings of 90 runs off 60 deliveries, featuring 8 boundaries and 5 sixes. Dikshanshu Negi made a quick 50 off 32 balls, and Saurabh Rawat added a quickfire 30 runs off 12 balls. Dehradun’s bowlers, Devendra Bora and Mayank Mishra, each took two wickets to contain the scoring. Bora had figures of 2 for 27, and Mayank finished with 31 runs conceded. Chasing a target of 189, Dehradun struggled, with their openers failing to provide a solid start. Samarth Semwal’s innings of 58 runs off 29 balls provided a glimmer of hope, but the team ended at 168 for 8.
