Former Pakistani cricketer Tanvir Ahmed has accused Fakhar Zaman of lacking the ability to play on the off-side, suggesting that he needs to learn this skill. Ahmed further stated that Zaman lacks an understanding of his responsibilities, questioning when he will start taking on more responsibility for the team. In a recent T20 match against Afghanistan, Zaman, after getting a start, lost his wicket after scoring 25 runs and was unable to convert it into a bigger score. He also scored 20 runs in the first match of the tri-series against Afghanistan. These performances may have led Tanvir Ahmed to believe that he lacks a sense of responsibility.
