Duleep Trophy 2024 started on 5 September, in which while the performance of star batsmen like Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rishabh Pant was disappointing, some new stars have emerged. They have caught everyone’s attention with their brilliant performance and have left behind even the big players. Let us know about such 3 rising stars who showed excellent game in this tournament.

    Manav Suthar

Born in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, Manav Suthar bowled brilliantly against India-D while playing for India-C. The 22-year-old left-arm spinner caught everyone’s attention by taking 1 wicket in the first innings of the match and 7 wickets in the second innings. In the second innings, he took seven wickets for 49 runs in 19.1 overs, including the wickets of key batsmen like Devdutt Padikkal, KS Bharat and Axar Patel. After this brilliant performance of Manav, he may get a good bid in the IPL 2025 auction.

    Musheer Khan

Musheer Khan, born in Azamgarh, has made headlines by scoring a century in his first match while playing for India-B. He played a brilliant innings of 181 runs in 373 balls with the help of 16 fours and 5 sixes. Musheer is an all-rounder who can bat as well as spin bowling, which can make him a valuable player for any team. He is known for his technical proficiency and patience like his brother Sarfaraz Khan. After this innings, Musheer has also expressed his desire to play in the IPL.

    Saransh Jain

Indore resident Saransh Jain performed brilliantly while playing for India-D. He took 6 wickets in both the innings. Saransh Jain is an off-spin bowler who troubled the opposition batsmen a lot with his bowling. He does not have much experience in domestic cricket yet, but there is a demand for such players in IPL who have hidden talent and have the ability to shine on the big stage. For this reason, Saransh, who looks anonymous, can be seen playing in IPL 2025.
