Reports indicate that Pakistan’s mystery spinner, Abrar Ahmed, is preparing to get married. The wedding is set to take place on Saturday, October 4th, in Karachi, with Abrar set to marry Aamna Raheem. The wedding will follow traditional Pathan customs. The families of the bride and groom have known each other for an extended period. Festivities commenced on October 2nd with a Mehndi ceremony attended by close cricketer friends of Abrar. The wedding celebrations will not keep Abrar away from cricket for long, as he will be participating in the first Test match against South Africa in Lahore starting on October 12th after the Walima ceremony on October 6th.
