The dispute between Balrampur’s SDM Jyoti Babli Bairagi and SDOP Bhuvesh Jaiswal has deepened. The SDM has now written a letter to Collector Sanjeev Jha demanding registration of FIR on SDOP and departmental action. In the two-and-a-half-page long complaint, the woman officer has made several more serious allegations against the police department officer, including entering the room without permission, accommodating others in her room in the rest house, talking on the phone using offensive language. In this case, Collector of Balrampur, Sanjeev Jha told NPG – This incident has come to my notice… it will definitely be investigated.
SDM Jyoti took charge at Wadrafnagar on 17 February. The woman officer alleges that even after taking charge of the SDM, when she called the meeting, the SDOP did not come to it, while in the other meeting, she did not reach and answered the phone with profanity. It is alleged that the SDOP calls himself a senior, so it is not right for the junior SDM to call him in such a meeting.
The most serious allegation in the letter is about the rest house controversy. Referring to the April 22 date in the complaint letter, the woman officer said that she had gone with the Tehsildar on a tour in view of Corona and when she returned to the PWD rest house around 8 pm, another person was found in her room. When the employees were talked to, it was informed that they have been appointed on the direction of SDOP. Her room was evacuated after strong objections in this case, but as soon as she entered inside the room, the SDOPs entered her room without permission for some time. After which there was a fierce dispute between the two.
It is alleged that the SDOP threatened to send him to jail as well as bullying him as a police officer. Later, the officer and his family went to the guest house of the SDOP Forest Department. Here, after this, the SDM complained to the Collector in this matter, then he was informed, the person who was appointed was actually an IPS officer.
On the other hand, SDOP Bhuvesh Jaiswal has denied all the allegations and said that he should present his case before the authorities. The same SDM Jyoki Babli’s mobile was tried several times, but he did not lift the phone.
What the SP rank officers were doing in the guest house in the lockdown
Although this complaint mentions the SP level officer staying in the guest house, he is very surprised, because when the lockdown is forbidden to come and go, then how did the officer reach the guest house with his family. Although the complaint mentions the officer of the rank of Superintendent of Police, but his identity is not mentioned.
