The Madhya Pradesh assembly session starts on September 21. With this, the Bhopal Collector issued an order to implement section 144 in the assembly area for two days from September 21. During this, social distancing will have to be followed along with the Corona Guideline. The restrictive order of section 144 will be applicable from the road above 74 bungalows to the Roshanpura intersection. The restrictive orders will come into force in different areas from 21 to 23 September.

Here, the assembly session is going to start from 21 September. In view of the increasing number of corona infections, the Legislative Assembly has written a letter to all the collectors to send the Covid test report of the MLAs five days before the session.

This order will remain in force from September 21 to 23 from 6 am to 12 pm in the Roshanpura intersection, through the road above 74 bungalows. The old road in front of the new MLA rest house, the entire slum area of ​​Shabban Chauraha, Omnagar and Vallabh Nagar from the Superintendent of Police office will be considered as the area of ​​effect of the order issued under section 144. The order will not apply to employees and officers working on duty. The funeral or procession will also be free from this order. It has been clarified in the order that it will be mandatory to follow the orders / instructions issued by the Government of India and the Government of Madhya Pradesh regarding the corona, social distancing guidelines and SOP of the work place. Any staff from the containment zone will be restricted to work site attendance.
