Raipur: State Government invited suggestions from the general public to implement ‘Godan Nyaya Yojana’ effectively

The Chhattisgarh Government has invited suggestions from the general public regarding effective implementation of the ‘Godhan Nyaya Yojana’ being started from Hareli. Any person or organization would like to suggest anything in this regard, Chhattisgarh Agricultural Marketing Market Board, Headquarters Bij Bhawan, Post-Rivigram Telibandha, Raipur, Pin 492002 or fax number 0771-4094472 or e-mail mdcgmandiboard @ gmail. com .
It is noteworthy that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel, the ‘Godhan Nyaya Yojana’ is being launched with an aim to make employment oriented to the Gothans set up under Narva, Garuva, Ghuruwa and Bari, an ambitious scheme of the state government. A cabinet sub-committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of Agriculture Minister Shri Ravindra Choubey for implementation of the scheme.
The main objective of this scheme is to strengthen the villagers financially, promote cow farming and protect them and benefit the cattlemen financially. Vermi compost will be prepared by purchasing cow dung to make Gouthan employment oriented through the Godhan Nyaya Yojana. The scheme will also increase the income of farmers, landless laborers and all cattle rearers along with increase in employment opportunities at the village level.
Under the scheme, 2200 Gothanas established in the state will be included in the first phase and the scheme will be expanded along with the establishment of Gothans. Vermi compost produced through the Godhan Nyaya Yojana will help in the expansion of organic farming and chemical-free food products will also improve the nutrition level.
