Raipur: Chief Minister congratulated the residents of Durg district by writing a letter for the success of ‘har ghar-ek ped abhiyaan” (Every house – a tree campaign)

This campaign is being organized in Durg district on 6 July


 Munga plants will be planted in schools, ashram-hostels and Anganwadi centers across the state


Plants to be planted extensively on public places, government offices and major routes

Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has written a letter to the residents of Durg district for the success of every Ghar-Ek tree campaign being run for the expansion of greenery in Durg district and for environmental protection. He has said that with the participation of the citizens of the district in this campaign, the imagination of Hariyar fort can be realized.
    Mr. Baghel has written in the letter issued to the residents of the district that a tree campaign (One Home-One Tree Campaign) is being run in every house for the expansion of greenery and environmental protection in your Durg district. For the purpose of saving nature, this great campaign is being organized in the district on 6 July. We all will plant saplings in our house on this day. Citizens of Durg district have always been a pioneer in the work related to public relations. Plantation is such a task that the more trees we plant, the better we will be able to save nature. When planting plants in our homes, we will be able to save them.
    The Chief Minister has written in the letter urging the residents that under this campaign, at least one plant should be planted in their house on July 6 and it should be saved. Plant yourself and inspire your neighbors, acquaintances to plant as well. On this occasion, extensive plantation will also be done in public places, in government offices, on major routes. Planting of Munga plants will also be done on a large scale in schools, ashram-hostels and anganwadi centers to make malnutrition free fortifications. The best gift you can give to the coming generation in the form of greenery. Mr. Baghel has expressed hope that with the participation of the people of the district, the One Home-One Tree campaign will be successful and this great effort made by you in a single day will make the dream of Hariyar fort come true in future.
