Raipur: 37 lakhs approved for tap water supply schemeJuly 4, 2020
According to the intention of the state government, on the initiative of Public Health Engineering Minister Guru Rudrakumar, better drinking water arrangements are being ensured in the rural areas of the state. In this series, administrative approval of Rs 37 lakh 54 thousand has been given for the supply of tap water in 5 villages.
According to information received from the department, Rs 19.99 lakh for magnification water supply scheme in Bhandrapuri village of Arang development block of Raipur district, Rs 1.62 lakh for Nal water supply scheme in village pendri of Dongargarh development block of Rajnandgaon district and Pawatra village under Khairagarh development block Approval has been given for drinking water system at Devarpara, at a cost of one lakh 66 thousand rupees. Similarly, administrative approval has been given for high level water reservoir repair and boundary wall construction work at the cost of Rs 7.03 lakh in village Karanjabhilai under Durg development block in Durg district and Rs 7.24 lakh in village Bodegaon.
