Non-funded non-government schools will be able to collect outstanding tuition fees for the session 2020-21

Non-grantee private schools will be able to take the outstanding tuition fee for the session 2020-21 Bhopal: Wednesday, December 23, 2020, 16:08 IST Parents of all classes of non-funded private school session 2020-21 will be paid by the end of the session Will be able to take lump sum or in installments as per convenience. Classes 9th to 12th are being conducted regularly. Fees can also be charged for activities conducted in connection with these classes from January to the end of the session. The Department of School Education has issued instructions in this regard to the Collectors, Divisional Joint Directors and District Education Officers of all the districts. The instruction issued in this direction has been clarified by the Hon’ble High Court in its decision dated 4 November 2020. In view of the corona epidemic, non-government schools will not be able to charge other fees in addition to tuition fees in the teaching session 2020-21. Non-government schools will not be able to increase the fee until the next order for the current academic session 2020-21. In addition to this, the salaries will be paid regularly to the academic and non-academic staff working in the school. Salary shall not be reduced by more than 20 percent and in normal installments will be returned in 6 months in case of reduced salary status. It is noteworthy that instructions issued from time to time regarding the fees of non-aided private schools in the lockdown period. The lockdowns were issued for a period. Currently conditional unlock is allowed in all areas. As a result of the unlock process, various offices, enterprises and services have been started. Therefore, the parents are required to deposit the fee as directed regularly as per the decision of the Hon’ble High Court.
