    Complaint will be filed through mobile app, no need to go to police station! Service started in this state

    As technology is advancing, governments of many states are also becoming hi-tech by connecting with it. The North-East state of Arunachal Pradesh has launched a mobile application for the safety and security of its people. This is a platform to lodge complaints in times of trouble. According to PTI report, an officer gave this information. He said that the name of the mobile app is ‘Arunpol’. An emergency feature has been provided in ‘Arunpol’, through which anyone can easily contact the police station in case of trouble. With the help of this app, work like tenant verification and clearance certification can also be done. It has been reported in the report that on Wednesday, Chief Minister of the state Pema Khandu launched the app in the Secretariat. During a programme, the CM also flagged off the ‘Arun Pol Seva’ vehicle. CM also tweeted related to the app. He told that Arunpol App has been launched. With its help, people can avail services like Police Clearance Certification, Domestic Help and Tenant Verification provided by Arunachal Pradesh Police. Apart from this, you can also take help on traffic services and lost report. The CMA said that this step will help the administration in maintaining law and order situation in the state and ensure friendly policing. The CM said that he flagged off the ‘Arun Pol Seva Vehicle’, which will create awareness about the work being done by the police to maintain law and order and will also take feedback from the people. Home Minister Bamang Felix said that on this mobile app, common people will get the facility to lodge complaints without coming to the police station.
