Lucknow. Prime Minister Narendra Medi may visit Ayodhya on 3 or 5 August for the formal start of construction of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple. He will make a symbolic beginning of temple construction. According to sources, the program will not be crowded due to the Caraina crisis. Some Union Ministers like Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and BJP President JP Nadda may be absent.

The next meeting of the trust is to be held on 18 July

A formal announcement of the Prime Minister’s visit is expected next week. The second meeting of the Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust to be held in April was postponed due to the Corona crisis. The meeting will now take place in Ayodhya on 18 July. In this, many issues will be discussed including the Prime Minister’s program, estimation of the possible expenditure on temple construction, donations so far received. Nripendra Mishra, chairman of the construction committee, will also attend the meeting.

Soil investigation and foundation preparations have been completed

Kamalnayan Das, the successor of the trust’s chairman Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, said that the formality of the Prime Minister’s visit had survived. The foundation stone of the temple has been completed only in 1989. Leveling, soil testing, foundation preparation have been done for construction.

A member of the trust said that the Prime Minister’s visit would be at the time fixed by him. There is no compulsion of any auspicious time. It is noteworthy that recently, Mahant Nritya Gopal Das had written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and invited him to start construction of the temple.
