Mumbai: A person was allegedly thrashed by Shiv sena staff (Shinde faction) for allegedly making an `objectionable` video of Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) MLA and a girl chief that went viral on social media, Mumbai Police mentioned on Sunday. Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) staff have been seen thrashing and smearing a person with ink, visuals accessed by ANI reveals. The video has been verified by the police.
The accused, was later handed over to Samta Nagar Police station, in Kandivali, East Mumbai. In accordance with the police, the accused has been recognized as Rajesh Gupta.
