Tata Motors initiated a special program, ‘Raksha Ka Bandhan,’ in partnership with a network to commemorate Raksha Bandhan. As part of this, women from the Jamshedpur plant’s Durga line created rakhis and sent them to truck drivers throughout India. Alongside each rakhi, they included messages of heartfelt wishes.
These women are integral to the team that manufactures India’s most secure trucks, utilizing cutting-edge safety features to safeguard drivers and their cargo. They see every driver as an extension of their family, appreciating the significance of each journey. These are women who may never personally know the drivers yet hold them in their thoughts and concerns daily.
