In a swift overnight action, authorities in Pulwama, South Kashmir, razed the house belonging to Dr. Umar Nabi. He is reportedly implicated in the fatal Delhi Red Fort blast incident that resulted in 12 fatalities. This decisive move is a component of ongoing efforts to dismantle the infrastructure and personnel behind the catastrophic explosion. The blast, which detonated near the Lal Quila Metro Station, caused extensive damage to surrounding vehicles and claimed numerous lives. Early findings point towards a connection with a terror cell recently uncovered in Faridabad, leading to multiple arrests and an ongoing, thorough investigation into the entire network. The Delhi blast has been officially classified as a ‘terror’ act by the Cabinet, which held a meeting to honor the victims and reinforce the commitment to apprehend the culprits. The Cabinet Committee on Security had convened prior to this to assess the fallout. Faridabad’s Al Falah University is now under intense scrutiny, with several doctors linked to it arrested in relation to the bombing. Authorities have initiated a forensic audit of the university’s records and are investigating its financial activities through the Enforcement Directorate.
