He used the phrase “Mummy, they stole our chocolate,” indicating that the coalition should not express regret after the elections. Speaking to NDTV, Owaisi responded to questions about a possible alliance with the Mahagathbandhan. Furthermore, Owaisi voiced his apprehensions about the Election Commission conducting what he perceives as an NRC through the back door. He stated that new rules requiring proof of birth and parentage could disadvantage many citizens, especially in the flood-prone areas of Seemanchal.
