The driver, traveling from Belapur to Ulwe, followed the directions provided by Google Maps. The directions took her beneath the Bay Bridge and towards Dhruvatara Jetty, ultimately resulting in the car entering the water. Authorities quickly intervened, rescuing the driver who had attempted to exit the vehicle. She was unharmed, and the car was later removed using a crane.
