Raja’s father, Ashok Raghuwanshi, has implicated Raj, claiming Raj brought the kafan for his son and was present at the funeral. Ashok alleges Raj was consistently updating Sonam Raghuvanshi with information during this period.
Ashok described how Raj appeared at the funeral with the shroud, seemingly acting innocently while secretly communicating with Sonam. Raja’s mother has also voiced her distress and suspicion, highlighting Raj’s presence in a video and questioning how he could be involved in her son’s death.
Adding another layer of complexity, the family is scrutinizing the kundali (astrological) match between Raja and Sonam, which was arranged prior to their wedding. Raja’s mother mentioned the kundali, prepared by astrologer N.K. Pandey, was later discovered in the temple area. The family has tried to contact the astrologer for answers.
The case involves the couple’s honeymoon in Meghalaya, where they disappeared. Raja’s body was later found. Sonam is alleged to have fled the state and traveled through multiple locations before eventually reaching Indore. The family is desperate to find out the truth about the events that led to their son’s death.
