Civil Surgeon Dr. Yugal Kishore Choudhary inaugurated the Shravani Mela office set up by the Health Department. The purpose of the office is to offer health services to pilgrims during the Shravani Mela and to manage health camps throughout the mela area. The department has made arrangements for the accommodation of medical professionals and para-medical staff assigned to the event. Moreover, various in-charges have been appointed for the efficient management of their responsibilities. A toll-free number, 9102405761, has been provided for individuals to contact the office for any health-related assistance. Dr. Singh Alok Kumar Binod Kumar, the Shravani Mela in-charge, said that the health department established 35 health camps. The state government has assigned medical and para-medical personnel for 15 days. Dr. Sharad Kumar, administrative in-charge at Sadar Hospital, said that the doctors and staff will be available 24/7 based on the duty roster.
