Paddy procurement and its conservation has to be made easier and payment has to be done in a quick manner, so remove the shortcomings in time. Along with the maintenance of the warehouses, complete the basic needs there as well. Regarding this, the Chief Secretary directed to assess the warehouses of the Cooperative Department and use it as well. Emphasis was also laid on speeding up the construction of the newly approved warehouses. The Chief Secretary said that if there is a need for funds in the compliance of the instructions, then give its proposal to the department. He said that timely distribution of food grains depends on its timely lifting, so keep a close watch on the lifting.
